Mr. Hartin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1977. Mr. Hartin is a NCARB certified Architect with eighteen years experience in coordination of all phases of real estate development projects from site selection to final project close out. He is a skilled negotiator and facilitator with success in managing multi-million dollar projects. His extensive project management experience includes programming, design, construction, regulatory approvals, financial analysis and operation activation. Mr. Hartin has been associated with some of the premier retirement projects in the United States. He joined Dial in early 2000, and became a Vice President of Development in February 2001.
