Merlin  Lawrence
Vice President of Development

Merlin graduated from Kearney State Teacher's College with a Bachelor's degree in Education in 1962. He then graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Master's degree in Education Administration in 1976. During the first 34 years of his career, Mr. Lawrence taught History and Physical Education and worked as a track and field coach as well as Assistant Athletic Director at Burke High School in Omaha. Since July 1996, he has served as Vice President for Dial Land Development optioning land, developing, zoning, platting, and any other miscellaneous duties applicable to senior housing projects.
